PROJECT STRATEGY & NEXT STEPS

PHASE 1: Geochemical Survey (Spring Completion)

Identify the three most promising drilling locations

Ark Exploration is partnering with Amplified Geochemical Imaging (AGI), a global leader in hydrocarbon detection and mapping.

AGI's Surface Geochemical Survey uses passive samplers to detect micro-seepage of hydrocarbons, identifying over 100 organic compounds at PPB (parts per billion) levels.

This advanced approach has allowed clients of AGI to achieve a 90%+ success rate in drilling.

The preliminary survey design has been completed and is now being refined, with the full survey set for completion in the spring.

PHASE 2: Drilling & Testing

Targeted production: 150 barrels per day (bopd) per well

Each well is expected to produce approximately 150 bopd, based on geological modeling & historic production from adjacent fields.

Drilling locations will be determined based on the geochemical survey results, ensuring optimal well placement for maximum yield.

The initial three wells will serve as a proof of concept, with combined production projected at 450 bopd.

Drilling timeline: Each well will take 7–10 days to drill, followed by a series of advanced evaluations including FMI logs, core sampling, mud logging, & petrophysical analysis to assess reservoir quality & maximize efficiency.

Once the first well proves productive, Ark Exploration will immediately move to drill the second and third wells.

PHASE 3: Expansion & Monetization

Potential for long-term drilling expansion

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has identified this region as underexplored, with estimated reserves of 783 million barrels of oil & 17.6 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.

If Phase 1 is successful, Play Z could open the door to multi-million-acre development in a geologic trend spanning over 100 miles along the Rocky Mountain Front Range.

Strategic partnerships to monetize natural gas for AI and data mining applications

Should natural gas production be achieved, established partnerships with companies that convert natural gas into power for AI & data mining operations could be leveraged.

This provides an alternative revenue stream & ensures Ark Exploration can monetize gas production even if pipeline access is limited.
